Satori Fit Reviews

Easy to use and generally simple to set up for coaches and clients.

Strong client onboarding: intake forms, agreements, booking, and payments can flow from one link.

Good client experience with a clean portal and responsive support.

Useful coaching admin tools like recurring billing, session tracking, notes, and follow-up workflows.

Flexible payment options such as subscriptions, installments, and custom billing cycles.

No native Zoom integration; video call automation may require a workaround.

No mobile app and limited mobile/web app functionality.

Limited advanced features such as course hosting, community tools, goal tracking, and content delivery.

Calendar sync can be imperfect, which can lead to double-bookings or external events not blocking availability.

Best suited for 1:1 coaching; group coaching and deeper customization are more limited.
